Oman Gasket Factory(OGF) is the first and foremost Industrial Gasket manufacturing facility started in the Sultanate of Oman to meet the unique Gasket requirements of Oman including worldwide clients.
OGF has been in active operation since 2008 and delivering high quality gasket products that are proven by international standards and witnessed by satisfied customers.OGF offers assistance in designing any special standard and non-standard gasket requirements that will suit to the needs and customer satisfaction. It follows strict production control system and applies the latest international standard such as, ASME, ANSI & BS to arrive at an accurate specification as required.
Our GASKETS have been successfully used for many years by the OIL / GAS / PETROCHEMICAL and OTHER INDUSTRIES not to mention PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OMAN (PDO) one of the biggest crude Oil Company in the World.
OGF manufactures wide range of Fluid Sealing Products for industrial gasket requirements appropriate in the industrial growth particularly in the Oil & Gas industry throughout the Sultanate of Oman and entire Gulf Region.

QUALITY POLICY
Our strict QA/QC guarantees that all gaskets are manufactured according to the required standards. Therefore, OGF have implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of API Spec. QI and ISO 9001:2015 standard to ensure that our quality policy is maintained and quality objectives are attained. We are also certified to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 in order to meet the environmental and safety standards. Our fully computerized administration system enables us to provide you an excellent service and control of documents.
QUALITY CONTROL ACTIVITIES
Positive Material Identification (P.M.I)
All products that are ready for dispatch will be inspected visually and dimensionally apart from the in-process/goods inward inspection stages to ensure the full compliance with the customer order requirements and to avoid rejections after delivery.
Hardness Testing
The hardness of all the Metallic Materials is verified with respect to the purchase order requirements using the Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine.
In-process Inspection
In-process inspections are conducted to ensure that our products are conforming to standard/specific requirements at all stages of manufacturing and to ensure a flawless product flow until dispatch without any rejection
Final Inspection
All products those are ready for dispatch will be inspected visually and dimensionally apart from the in-process/goods inward inspection stages to ensure the full compliance with the customer order requirements and to avoid rejections after delivery.
